You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Go to Settings > Subscriptions on your device, find Invoice Maker Pro, and tap Cancel. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
If you had cloud sync enabled, your data should be restored when you sign back into your account. If you were using the app without cloud sync, data is stored only on your device and cannot be recovered once lost. We recommend enabling cloud sync to prevent data loss.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, depending on where you purchased your subscription. Visit Apple's Report a Problem page or Google Play's refund request page to submit your request.
You can request account deletion by emailing us at Qreativeapps@gmail.com. We will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days of your request, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
