1. Introduction

Qreative Apps ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Invoice Maker Pro mobile application (the "App") for iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. You may also sign in using Google or Apple authentication.
  • Business Profile: Company name, address, phone number, email, and business logo that you enter for invoice generation.
  • Invoice & Estimate Data: Client details, line items, amounts, tax configurations, notes, signatures, and file attachments you create within the App.
  • Client Information: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses of your clients that you add to the App.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized data about how you interact with the App, including screens viewed and features used.
  • Crash & Error Reports: We use Sentry to automatically collect crash logs, error reports, and diagnostic data to help us identify and fix issues, improve App stability, and enhance performance.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and general diagnostic data.
  • Advertising Data: Our advertising partner (Google Mobile Ads / Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers, interaction data, and ad engagement metrics to serve relevant ads. Pro subscribers are exempt from ads.
  • Subscription Data: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase history, subscription status, and device identifiers to facilitate subscription management.

2.3 Permissions

The App may request access to the following device features:

  • Camera: To capture signatures and document images.
  • Photo Library: To select images for logos, attachments, and exports.
  • Location: To auto-fill business address information (optional).
  • Storage: To save and export invoices as PDF or image files.
  • Microphone: Requested by the framework but not actively used for core functionality.

You can revoke any permission at any time through your device settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality
  • Generate invoices, estimates, and related documents
  • Authenticate your account and enable cloud sync
  • Send push notifications (with your consent)
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
  • Monitor errors and diagnose technical issues via Sentry
  • Display advertisements to free-tier users via Google Mobile Ads
  • Process and manage in-app purchases and subscriptions via RevenueCat

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with the following service providers who assist us in operating the App:

5. Data Storage & Security

Your invoice and business data is primarily stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud sync, data is stored securely on Firebase servers.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and secure authentication protocols. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Crash reports and anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 12 months for product improvement purposes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)

8. Age Restrictions & Children's Privacy

Invoice Maker Pro is a business and productivity tool intended for users who are at least 4 years of age, in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines for business/utility category applications.

However, the App is designed primarily for adults conducting business activities such as invoicing and billing. Users under the age of 18 should use the App only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU/EEA under GDPR). If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child below these ages without verified parental consent, we will delete it promptly. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where our service providers (Firebase, Sentry, RevenueCat, Google) operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Advertising & Ad Personalization

The free version of the App displays advertisements served by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). These ads may use device identifiers and usage data to deliver personalized advertising content.

You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings:

  • iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
  • Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization

Pro subscribers are fully exempt from all advertising within the App.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
