Qreative Apps ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Invoice Maker Pro mobile and web application (the "App") for iOS, Android, and web. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Invoice Maker Pro supports sign-in via Google, Apple, and Facebook in addition to email/password. This section explains exactly what data we receive from each provider and how we handle it.
When you sign in with Google, we request only the standard OpenID Connect scopes: openid, email, and profile. From these scopes we receive:
Invoice Maker Pro does not request any other Google scope and does not access your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service data.
How we use this data:
Where it is stored: Your profile data (account ID, email, display name, and photo URL) is stored in our Supabase-hosted database (US region), encrypted in transit via TLS and encrypted at rest. Access is isolated per user via Row Level Security so only your account can read or modify your records.
What we do not do: We do not sell, rent, share, or use your Google account data for advertising or for any purpose other than operating Invoice Maker Pro.
Invoice Maker Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple user ID, your display name (if you choose to share it), and either your real email address or an Apple-generated private relay email address. We use this data solely to create or look up your Invoice Maker Pro account and display your name within the app. The same storage and use restrictions described above for Google Sign-In apply to Apple Sign-In data.
When you sign in with Facebook, we receive your Facebook user ID, email address, display name, and profile picture URL. We use this data solely to create or look up your Invoice Maker Pro account and display your name and avatar within the app. The same storage and use restrictions described above for Google Sign-In apply to Facebook Login data.

Your invoice and business data is primarily stored locally on your device. If you sign in and enable cloud sync, your data is stored securely on Supabase-hosted servers (US region), encrypted in transit via TLS/SSL and encrypted at rest. Access to your data is restricted using Row Level Security so only your account can read or modify your records.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted communication channels and secure authentication protocols. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. If you delete your account (via Settings → Delete Account), your personal data is hard-deleted from our servers immediately and the deletion is irreversible, except where retention is required by applicable law.
Crash reports and anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 12 months for product improvement purposes.

Data & Account Deletion: You can selectively delete specific data categories (invoices, estimates, clients, items, expenses, tax rates) via Settings → Data Management, or permanently delete your entire account via Settings → Delete Account. Invoice Maker Pro is a business and productivity tool intended for users who are at least 4 years of age, in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines for business/utility category applications.
However, the App is designed primarily for adults conducting business activities such as invoicing and billing. Users under the age of 18 should use the App only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU/EEA under GDPR). If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child below these ages without verified parental consent, we will delete it promptly. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where our service providers (Supabase, Firebase, Sentry, RevenueCat, Google) operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
The free version of the App displays advertisements served by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). These ads may use device identifiers and usage data to deliver personalized advertising content.
You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings:
Pro subscribers are fully exempt from all advertising within the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
