This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs refunds and cancellations for subscriptions to Invoice Maker Pro ("App") purchased through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or our website. It applies to all subscription products offered by Qreative Apps, India.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
Invoice Maker Pro offers the following subscription plans:
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Pricing varies by platform, region, and promotional offers — the exact price is always shown to you before purchase in the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or our website.
Payments are processed exclusively through the platform you use to purchase:
We (Qreative Apps) do not directly process or store your payment information. All billing is handled by Google, Apple, or the respective payment processor.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next auto-renewal but does not end your access immediately — you retain Pro access until the last day of your current paid billing period. No partial refund is issued for the unused portion of the current period upon cancellation.

When web subscriptions become available, cancellation will be available through the account management portal linked within the app. Instructions will be provided at launch.
Refund eligibility depends on the platform through which you purchased your subscription. Details for each platform are below.
Google Play's standard refund policy applies to all Android purchases. Key points:
Apple handles all refunds for iOS purchases directly. We are unable to issue refunds for Apple App Store purchases on your behalf.
When web subscriptions become available, the following policy will apply:
If you cancel an annual subscription mid-period, you will not receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining months. You will retain full Pro access until the end of the annual billing period you have already paid for.
The Pro Annual subscription includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. The monthly plan does not include a free trial.
We are unable to issue refunds in the following situations:
If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are happy to review your case.

We strongly encourage you to contact us at qreativeapps@gmail.com before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. In most cases, we can resolve the issue faster and with less friction than the dispute process.
Please note that initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your Invoice Maker Pro account. This is because chargebacks are flagged as potential fraud by payment processors and may affect your ability to re-subscribe in the future.
If a chargeback is ultimately upheld in your favour by your bank, no further action is needed on your part. If it is not upheld, the charge will stand and the subscription will remain active (or terminated, depending on how the processor handles the disputed period).
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our subscription offerings, platform requirements, or applicable laws. We will notify you of any material changes at least 30 days in advance via an in-app notification or email (if your account email is on file).
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was most recently revised. Continued use of Invoice Maker Pro after changes to this policy take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
