1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs refunds and cancellations for subscriptions to Invoice Maker Pro ("App") purchased through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or our website. It applies to all subscription products offered by Qreative Apps, India.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

2. Subscription Overview

Invoice Maker Pro offers the following subscription plans:

  • Pro Monthly: Auto-renewing subscription billed every 1 month.
  • Pro Annual: Auto-renewing subscription billed every 12 months. Includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Pricing varies by platform, region, and promotional offers — the exact price is always shown to you before purchase in the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or our website.

Payments are processed exclusively through the platform you use to purchase:

  • Android: Google Play Billing (managed via RevenueCat)
  • iOS: Apple App Store Billing (managed via RevenueCat)
  • Web (future): Web payment processor (to be announced)

We (Qreative Apps) do not directly process or store your payment information. All billing is handled by Google, Apple, or the respective payment processor.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next auto-renewal but does not end your access immediately — you retain Pro access until the last day of your current paid billing period. No partial refund is issued for the unused portion of the current period upon cancellation.

3.1 Android (Google Play)

To cancel on Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  4. Select Invoice Maker Pro.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen steps.

3.2 iOS (Apple App Store)

To cancel on iOS:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Select Invoice Maker Pro.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

3.3 Web (future)

When web subscriptions become available, cancellation will be available through the account management portal linked within the app. Instructions will be provided at launch.

4. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the platform through which you purchased your subscription. Details for each platform are below.

4.1 Google Play Refunds

Google Play's standard refund policy applies to all Android purchases. Key points:

  • Within 48 hours of purchase: You can request a self-service refund directly from the Google Play Store. Open the Play Store, go to your order history, and select the purchase to request a refund.
  • After 48 hours: You can submit a refund request to Google Play's customer support team at support.google.com/googleplay. Google reviews these on a case-by-case basis.
  • In addition to Google's process, you may also contact us directly at qreativeapps@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will assess your request fairly and, where appropriate, work with you to resolve it.

4.2 Apple App Store Refunds

Apple handles all refunds for iOS purchases directly. We are unable to issue refunds for Apple App Store purchases on your behalf.

  • To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  • Select the Invoice Maker Pro purchase and follow Apple's refund request process.
  • Apple's decision on refund eligibility is final for iOS purchases.

4.3 Web Subscription Refunds

When web subscriptions become available, the following policy will apply:

  • 7-day money-back guarantee on your first web subscription purchase.
  • Email us at qreativeapps@gmail.com within 7 days of the original purchase date with your transaction details and reason for the request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Subsequent renewals are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.

4.4 Annual Subscriptions — No Pro-Rated Refunds

If you cancel an annual subscription mid-period, you will not receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining months. You will retain full Pro access until the end of the annual billing period you have already paid for.

4.5 Free Trial (Pro Annual Only)

The Pro Annual subscription includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. The monthly plan does not include a free trial.

  • You will not be charged if you cancel before the 3-day trial period ends.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be automatically charged the full annual subscription price.
  • The free trial is available to new subscribers only — accounts that have previously held a Pro subscription are not eligible.
  • Trial availability may vary by region and is subject to Google Play or Apple App Store eligibility rules.

5. When Refunds Will Not Be Issued

We are unable to issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Refund requests for Google Play purchases submitted more than 48 hours after purchase through our support channel (please use Google Play's own process instead).
  • Requests for Apple App Store purchases — these must go through Apple directly.
  • Dissatisfaction with features that are accurately described on the App's Play Store or App Store listing.
  • Purchases made more than 90 days prior to the refund request.
  • Accounts that have been terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Claims that the App was not used — we have no reliable way to verify non-use, and access was available throughout the billing period.
  • Renewal charges where you did not cancel before the renewal date and the 48-hour window (for Google Play) has passed.

If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are happy to review your case.

6. How to Request a Refund from Us Directly

For supported refund scenarios (see Section 4), you can contact us directly:

  • Subject line: Refund Request — Invoice Maker Pro
  • Include in your message:
    • Your Google Play Order ID or Apple Transaction ID
    • The date of purchase
    • The subscription plan purchased (Monthly or Annual)
    • The reason for your refund request
  • Response time: We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us at qreativeapps@gmail.com before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. In most cases, we can resolve the issue faster and with less friction than the dispute process.

Please note that initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your Invoice Maker Pro account. This is because chargebacks are flagged as potential fraud by payment processors and may affect your ability to re-subscribe in the future.

If a chargeback is ultimately upheld in your favour by your bank, no further action is needed on your part. If it is not upheld, the charge will stand and the subscription will remain active (or terminated, depending on how the processor handles the disputed period).

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our subscription offerings, platform requirements, or applicable laws. We will notify you of any material changes at least 30 days in advance via an in-app notification or email (if your account email is on file).

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was most recently revised. Continued use of Invoice Maker Pro after changes to this policy take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

9. Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
